Tashkent State University of Law responds to modern trends in the legal education system by integrating the components of STEM into the curriculum. The university teaches data and computer technologies, preparing law students to apply using various digital tools and methods in the areas of law they practice.
TSUL integrates different fields of knowledge and prepares its students to solve various legal challenges including but not limited to, legal issues of cybersecurity and intellectual property in the contemporary society. Real-life cases where technology is applied in the practice of law under the guidance of experienced members of the faculty make education more practical and with future trends in mind.
We are committed to creating an inclusive atmosphere that encourages gender equity. While our primary focus is on language, literature, and associated fields, we strongly support initiatives that encourage women to pursue careers in disciplines where they are underrepresented.
To support these initiatives, we intend to work with:

Computational linguistics in its basic terms is the combination of linguistics, computer science and artificial intelligence, with the intent to enable the understanding and processing of human languages. There is a focus on the creation of algorithms and models that are useful in the generation, recognition, and comprehension of natural languages by computers.

The findings from this field of study extend our knowledge regarding the mind by providing refined insights into language comprehension as a form, representing deep cognitive processes. Computer linguistics develops technologies to bridge the gap between human communication and artificial intelligence through:

- Semantic understanding
Information technologies are causing rapid changes in the nature and practice of legislation. This course will cover current trends of change and future opportunities that occur today. There is a need for a technology-based legal space and training of lawyers who can understand it.
Legal information technology can be considered as a perspective of law: it covers the legal information space, its management and transmission. Today we can observe legal changes that are taking place in the technological aspect. The transition from print to digital sources can be seen in:
- Westlaw and LexisNexis cloud systems
- Google Scholar
- Wikipedia
The module is conducted in English, Russian and Uzbek.
Prerequisites:
- Basic knowledge of computer science
- Proficiency in office programs (MSWord, MS Excel, MS Power Point)
- Internet technology skills
- Fast typing skills for internet research

Tashkent State University of Law actively encourages applications by women in subjects where they are underrepresented. The Agency for Innovative Development has announced the contest of initiative applied and innovative projects "Women-Scientists" (78th round).
Team Requirements:- Project executors should include only women
- Average age of the research team should not exceed 45 years
- Research team should include young scientists, talented students, and undergraduates
- Project duration should not exceed 1 year
- Project must be practical or innovative
