Research Center

We are working to strengthen the scientific potential of the university, train scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel, form a database of research topics, regularly coordinate the effective organization of scientific schools and scientific circles, admission to doctoral studies, doctoral studies and independent research, qualification exams, monitoring the effectiveness of researchers and their organization work, cooperation with higher educational and research institutions, state and economic bodies and other organizations, as well as establishing links with foreign higher educational and research institutions, publishing research papers in internationally recognized journals, journals with a high impact factor, scientific and technical databases such as Scopus and Web of Science, and the inclusion of the university in the list of the best higher education institutions in the rankings of internationally recognized organizations, as well as work to improve its position in the national rankings.

We are currently in the process of entering the internationally recognized QS (Quacquarelli Symonds World University Rankings), THE (Times Nigher Education) rankings.

Also, today more than 12 independent researchers and doctoral students from Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and other countries are conducting research at the Institute of Postgraduate Education.

Scientific councils have been established at the University, awarding doctoral (DSc) and PhD degrees in 14 specialties.

Our Projects

• The university has access to international databases in the field of law (LexisNexis, Westlaw, JSTOR, etc.).
• Popular scientific brochures prepared within the project "You have the right" are being posted.
• The legalreport.tsul.uz platform is operating.
• The Young Scholars Club was established.
• In order to consistently implement the tradition of "teacher-student", the university has 37 scientific schools and 41 scientific circles were established.
• Employees of our department are active participants in various events, competitions and contests organized by universities and higher education institutions in the country.
