Slogan: "We will building a New Uzbekistan together!"
On the first day of the project, propagandists began to hold events aimed at increasing the legal, in particular, constitutional literacy of the population, especially young people, in educational institutions and various organizations.
Groups educate the youth about the nature of our basic Constitution and also conduct various quizzes and contests to test their knowledge.
Activities within the framework of the "Propaganda Train" project continue.

Towards Higher Outreach Programs
Our team provides online and offline information that is useful not only for school, high school and university students, but also for society and every citizen.
28 books written in popular and simple language were published by the university and presented with the participation of the scientific community.
During the tour, participants visited the TSUL Legal Clinic, research centers, courtroom, university museum, Information Resource Center, sports complex, and more. The tour concluded with a press conference featuring acting rector Islambek Rustambekov.
Scientific Public Discussion
At the conference, organized on the initiative of Tashkent State University of Law, representatives from various institutions participated, including the Ministry of Justice, the scientific council of TSUL, the Centre for professional development of lawyers, and many others.
The discussion focused on developing an open dialogue between legal personnel and practitioners on Constitutional reform in Uzbekistan. The event featured key speakers including the First Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, Chairman of the Constitutional Commission, Doctor of Law, Academician - Akmal Saidov.
Notable achievements from the conference include:
- Creation of a special telegram bot and call center for public proposals
- Receipt of approximately 17,000 proposals from citizens
- Signing of a memorandum between TSUL and the National Human Rights Center
- Donation of specialized books to the university library, including Braille versions

Our Commitment to Outreach:
Educating for a Brighter Tomorrow
In collaboration with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Tashkent State University of Law, Libraries of Justice were established in "Birdamlik" mahalla of Sergeli district and "Toshkent" mahalla of Yangihayot district in Tashkent.
Titles of fiction and scientific literature available for community youth
The instructional manual by Mukhriddin Shamsiddinov, "Procedure for receiving child support," is being distributed to mahallas to increase legal literacy and provide practical assistance to the community.
The manual explains in simple question-and-answer format:
- Grounds for submitting child allowance applications
- Payment procedures
- Refusal conditions
- Suspension circumstances

Public Opinion Achievements
Top 40 Active Leaders Recognition
The movement "Yuksalish", together with the Institute of Social and Economic Initiatives, has recognized Professor Kamola Aliyeva among the Top 40 active leaders of public opinion in Uzbekistan. This achievement reflects her dedication to gender equality and active participation in public discourse.
The rating encompasses various professionals including journalists, bloggers, lawyers, economists, and political scientists who contribute to the diversity of opinions in the information space.
What is Street Law?
Street Law is a volunteer project in which students of higher, as well as students of secondary specialized legal educational institutions use interactive methods to teach students the basics of law needed in everyday life.
A project on a global scale!
In the United States, professors at Georgetown University put forward the idea of the need to improve the level of legal awareness of the population. In their opinion, law university students would be able to transfer to school students the legal knowledge gained from their professors.
Street Law Inc. was founded as an international non-profit organization. Its mission is to develop and promote the project around the world.
Street Law project is being run in more than 45 countries, including Uzbekistan.
In connection with the 31st anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a team of volunteers of the "Street Law" project, which includes teachers and students of law colleges of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and regions, began conducting interactive classes in schools dedicated to the content of the Constitution.
Project Goals
Developing students' skills to explain the vital importance of the Constitution and apply personal rights and freedoms in everyday life.
Class Format
Interactive sessions where students receive answers to their questions about the Constitution and its practical application.
In accordance with the Presidential Decree dated April 13, 2018, "On Organizational Measures for the Further Improvement of the Activities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan," TSUL is responsible for coordinating the educational and methodological process in law colleges.
These new-generation textbooks were developed in collaboration with the teaching staff of TSUL and created in line with modern requirements, incorporating contemporary pedagogical technologies.
