SDG 3. GOOD HEALTH AND WELLBEING

Focusing exclusively on the efforts of the Trade Union in 2024 to enhance the social protection of employees, a total of 163.2 million soums will be allocated to 154 employees in need of assistance at our university by September 2024. This material support is being provided.
To enhance the well-being of union members and their children, in 2024, the trade union Zarkent, along with Humson, Kosonsoy, Aktash Shaboda, Aktash, Botanika, Zomin, Chimyon, Turon, Chinabad, and Chorvok, recognized 103 employees and their parents.

Cultural Activities

The visit of employees to the A. Navoi Opera and Ballet Theater, the State Satire Theater of Uzbekistan, the Uzbek National Academic Drama Theater, and the Muqimi Uzbek National Musical Drama and Comedy Theater in Tashkent, which involved the organization of over 300 employees, was documented.

To date, the TSUL trade union has undertaken substantial efforts to facilitate employee attendance at solo and gala concerts featuring popular artists and singers. In the first quarter of this year, 432 employees attended the concert program, followed by 562 employees in the second quarter, and 270 employees in the third quarter.

Medical Services

An agreement has also been established with the Trade Union and "Clinic Pro" medical center for the provision of medical services to employees. Currently, our employees access the medical services of this clinic, including medical examinations (such as consultations with a high-caliber cardiologist, ultrasound imaging, UZI-MPS, dopplerography, and general mineral analysis) through referrals from the University Medpoint physician. Today, 70 of our employees received free medical examinations and were treated.

Sports Activities

The trade union coordinates sports events designed to promote a healthy lifestyle within the community, in collaboration with the Spirituality and Enlightenment Center and the Department of Physical Education, following a plan for collective, cultural, mass entertainment, and sports activities. Among the employees, nine competitions and tournaments were conducted in various sports, including darts, badminton, table tennis, checkers, chess, and volleyball, with participation exceeding 250 employees.

Domestic Tourism

To promote "domestic tourism" and facilitate collective and family vacations for employees, 60 individuals were dispatched to the "Olmos" and "Livingstone" recreation centers situated in the Bostonliq district of the Tashkent region, while 20 were sent to the "Supa Plateau" recreation centers located in the Zomin district of the Jizzakh region. Overall, trips were organized for more than 100 employees.

Student Festival

The Student Festival held by Tashkent State University of Law on the occasion of International Students' Day continues. Today is the 2nd day of the festival. It began with a charitable donor action under the motto "Give them life!". Teachers, staff, and students of the university take an active part in it.

Employees of Tashkent State University of Law became active in the national charity event. Today, a national donation campaign for beautification and greening is being held across our republic. The team of TDYU participated in the charity event, showed their activity in raising the virtues of our national values, such as strengthening the kindness and solidarity, and raising our young people to be patriotic and selfless in the spirit of high human feelings. During the national charity campaign, the university buildings were beautified, the areas were planted and turned into a green space. The management of the university and the team of the Trade Union would like to express our gratitude to everyone who contributed to the charity.

As part of the charity event, it is planned to support children from families in need of social protection and children from orphanage. Besides, a charity event will be organized for them on April 29 at the restaurant "E'zoz". Take an active part in this charity event, make your contribution and make the children happy!

Trade Union of Education and Science of Uzbekistan held an event under the motto "Sport is a key to health"

Tashkent State University of Law has successfully participated in the competition. Our team won 2 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze medal and took the 1st place in the team event.

Sport competitions between teachers and staff were held at TSUL

As part of the sports competition dedicated to the Day of Teachers and Mentors, teachers and staff of the university took part in competitions in volleyball, tug-of-war and badminton.

Based on the results of the competition, the following results were recorded:

For volleyball:

  • 1st place – team "Mix 2"
  • 2nd place – team of the Department of Theory of State and Law
  • 3rd place – team of employees

On tug of war:

  • 1st place – team of the Faculty of Criminal Justice
  • 2nd place – Information Resource Center team
  • 3rd place – team of employees

For badminton:

  • 1st place – Irina Kolokina
  • 2nd place – Nigora Ruzibaeva
  • 3rd place – Durdona Abduzhalilova
