SDGs
SDG 6. CLEAN WATER AND SANITATION
Tashkent State Law University adopted Water Pollution Control Policy. It is created by the agreement from the Ministry of water resources of Republic of Uzbekistan. There are 3 sewage treatment plants in Tashkent One of them is the largest in Central Asia Bozsuv water treatment plant is located in Zangiota district of Tashkent region and processes 600-620 thousand cubic meters of water per day
The TSUL Water Center focuses on innovative solutions for water supply management and treatment in the face of increasing global demands. This engineering-based group works with industry partners and students to address challenges such as energy recovery, plastics removal and industrial wastewater treatment, creating real-world solutions and recycling resources from waste.

Water Efficient Appliances Usage (e.g. hand washing taps, toilet flush, etc.)
The Salor water treatment plant in Sergeli district treats sewage from 6 districts. Sewage from the newly formed New Life District will also be diverted to this facility. Sewage water entering the premises from the districts is cleaned at the following stages: sedimentation, purification, sludge extraction, oxygen supply, and neutralization with hypochloride. Chlorine production plants operate in each wastewater treatment plant, where chlorine is used for cleaning and neutralizing water, prepared in the workshops. Waste from the water is separated and sent to farmer's farms to be used as nutrients for crops.
Around 2 million cubes of water are cleaned daily, entering from the city's population. After the cleaning process, the water is suitable for use in fish ponds, farming, and other purposes. The purified water is removed to irrigated lands around the city through the Strait, Salor canals, and the Chirchik River.
Water Efficient Appliances Usage (Tashkent State University of Law)
This project highlights the usage of water-efficient appliances at Tashkent State University of Law. The initiative aims to reduce water consumption through the implementation of modern technology in handwashing taps, toilet flush systems, and other facilities across the university campus. These efforts align with global sustainability goals and ensure resource conservation on a local scale.

Water Recycling Program Implementation
Water Recycling Program
A water meter is installed to measure the amount of rainwater that has been use. The recycled water also use for garden sprinkler system, toilet flush, cooling system, aquaponics and used in fish pond.
